SALTOS is a workforce English learning platform designed for immigrant frontline workers in industries including housekeeping, hospitality, food service, construction, and retail. We are incorporated as SALTOS, Inc. and operate from Austin, Texas.
By signing up, you agree that:
SALTOS delivers job-specific English phrases through a daily mobile learning experience. Our content is designed for real workplace situations and is not a substitute for formal language education.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will notify active participants of significant changes.
Worker accounts are created through Google Sign-In. Employer accounts are granted by SALTOS and are subject to an access approval process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
All SALTOS content — including phrases, audio recordings, curriculum design, software, and visual design — is owned by SALTOS, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
If you use SALTOS as an employer, any additional terms in your service agreement with us supplement these general terms. In the event of a conflict, your service agreement takes precedence.
Your use of SALTOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
SALTOS provides its service as-is. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or job performance results. In no event shall SALTOS, Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
You may stop using SALTOS at any time. To request deletion of your data, contact us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
